How do I get to the symposium?
The symposium will take place at the main building of the Ludwigs-Maximilians-Universität (LMU). It is best reached by the undergound U6 and U3 (station: Universität). Just enter the main entrance at Geschwister-Scholl-Platz and follow the signs

Can I check in before the symposium?
Yes. Take the opportunity for the pre-check in on Monday evening (22nd of March) between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., and sleep longer on Tuesday ! The pre-check in will be at the T Building of the MPI of Biochemistry/Neurobiology in Martinsried

When can I check in on the day of the symposium?
Check-in on Tuesday (23rd of March) opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 8:45 a.m. Please come early to avoid the queues!
What size should my poster be?
We suggest DIN A0 portrait format (height: 118.9 cm, width: 84.1 cm) for your posters.
When should I set up my poster?
The best time to set up your poster is between 8:00 and 8:45 just after checking in. We will provide sticky tape to mount your poster.
Are there prizes for the best posters and speaker?
Yes, both the best poster and the best speaker selected by the participants, will be awarded a prize.
Is food provided during the symposium?
We will serve you lunch and dinner before the party starts. Additionally, there will be coffee breaks during the day.
